Well we closed on our house today at 1pm! Adrienne and I are now living the American dream…….30 years of debt haha. Anyway it’s so much fun and we’ve already painted the baby’s room, although a second coat is going to be needed tomorrow. Adrienne and I have said “Home Depot” and “Linens and Things” more times the past 3 days than in our entire life! This week is going to be lots of painting and then hopefully Saturday we move in! I’ll update the pictures of our house soon, but I did put more recent pictures on there from this month so check them out!

Well it’s Saturday morning and Adrienne has been gone since Tuesday visiting her family in Houston. I’ve been working a little extra and trying to get some last minute details finished before moving next weekend and closing on our house Tuesday. It’s pretty quiet at home without Adrienne, I eat way less and thus far have been maintaining life on left over lasagna, frozen pizza and fruit smoothies There hasn’t been much change with what we are up to here which is why I haven’t blogged in a while. Although yesterday on my way home there was about 2 dozen fire trucks, and tons of cops, cameras, helicopters etc.. outside my apartment building. Well actually the building across from us. It wasn’t hard to tell why either when you looked because about 5 of the apartments were just engulfed in flame! A pretty amazing site, although it made me glad it wasn’t my building because although we signed a sheet saying we’d get renters insurance it kind of slipped through the cracks after that. Opps. Anyway I just wanted to say home isn’t home without Adrienne there so come home quickly my baby’s momma  We all miss you Adrienne, Grizzly especially…He’s practically sleeping his way into hibernation waiting for you to come home. So I woke up this morning and discovered that my ankles are completely gone. Yep, thats right it goes straight from my calfs and suddenly there are my feet, which seem definately wider than normal. My hands have been a little swollen for a while now, but it really happened overnight with my feet. I am a week shy of being 8 months pregnant, and I definately feel it. Baby boy Schmoyer is as active as ever and his little butt is constantly jabbing me in my ribs on the right side, always a joy! Tomorrow I leave for Texas to visit the fam. My sister and bro-in-law are there right now too and I had a free ticket to use up so I figured it was a good time. Not to mention David has to work 6 out of the next 7 nights, so I won’t be missing much here either. Now I will get to experience just how Maggie felt at David and I’s wedding being 8 months prego with Ruby in the overwhelming heat & humidity. Well, thats all from here, back to laundry and then some packing.

Well I haven’t posted in a while but I though you might want an update on whats goin on out here in MN as far as dates go. Adrienne and I are really excited about the house and baby on the way. We had a 3D ultrasound yesterday and the pictures are very………interesting. I honestly think they look a little weird but Adrienne thinks they are super cute. She says “You can see his little hands, and he has the Schmoyer nose…..you know kinda short and smahed in” Haha, she’ll kill me when she sees I posted that but oh well. I have the pictures included below. Hope all is well with everyone and I’ll talk to you later. Feel free to post comments with any additional dates you think I should know about. I’m sure I’ve missed a few good ones.

April: 8th - Go spend Easter with Tim & Dana in Alexandria
April: 12th - House Walk Through
April: 16th to 23rd - Adrienne is in Houston visiting her family
Aprill: 19th to 23rd - Glory out to visit
April: 20th - Worship night at Dan’s house (some of the church meet for a night of worship and modern songs)
April: 24th - Closing on our house and we GET THE KEYS! Dana’s Birthday!
April: 26th - Adrienne’s Birthday!
April: 27th and 28th - Barrow trucks and move into our house
May: 7th to 17th - Mom, Dad, Grace, Mark come to Minnesota to visit!
